He woke up early to introduce the girls to Star Wars. Then he made pancakes from scratch for breakfast. Now he is playing in the play room. That's a hands-on dad. We are so lucky.

Belle can use the dust buster (mini vacuum) and she washes dishes, too!

Yesterday, I especially appreciated living within walking distance of commerce. Emily wanted to take a bike ride. I brought with me only my keys and my phone. Partway through the bike ride, Emily asked if we could bike to Dunkin' Donuts. I thought, "sure! Why not?"
Emily was a champ and biked to and from Dunkin' Donuts, and I treated us to a special reward at Dunkin' Donuts with my newly-downloaded DD Perks app (pretty amazing that I could pay via a smartphone app).
We stopped at a playground on the bike ride home, and we're all smiles all day.
