The next post will be our itinerary, but first I wanted to give instructions, mostly to our parents, on how to follow the blog through Live Bookmarks in the list of bookmarks under where you enter the URL for a site. This allows you to click a button to see what's been posted without having to open the blog. It makes blog-checking a wee bit more efficient. These instructions are for Mozilla Firefox. I have no idea how to do this on Internet Explorer.
It's really easy and applies to many other blogs.
Scroll down to the bottom of this page. See the link that says "Posts (Atom)"? Click it.
A new window will open with a funny-looking version of the blog. At the top, make sure the box says "Live Bookmarks" and then click "subscribe now." Make sure the pop-up box says "Bookmark Toolbars." If it does, click ok and you'll see a folder-looking thing appear towards the top of Firefox. Click on that and you can see all recent posts and compare them to what you've already seen.
Perfect, no?
