Dry erase board message

Belle has a personalized dry erase board on her bedroom door (it was a fabulous party favor from a recent birthday party). Emily wrote Belle the following message, which I've deciphered:
"Belle, listen carefully because this is the only time you are going to hear this message: I love you! Emily"
