It has failed. Seren has gotten poo'ed on frequently. I stand by my strategy - I open up the diaper and cover for 10 seconds. Then I proceed. It's worked. Seren's rushing strategy ends with poo on her hands.
"Seren's rushing strategy" gets everyone back to sleep quickly after a 2am feeding session. Anyway, doesn't every new mommy and daddy end up with some poop on their hands? I'm sticking to my "open the diaper, and then GO GO GO!" strategy. Incidentally, the poop is kind of cute when it's your own daughter's...
